The opportunity
Partnerships are at the heart of Collinson’s Travel Experiences business, connecting millions of customers worldwide with premium lounges, dining, sleep, spa and other travel experiences.
We’re looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to develop and deliver our global partner marketing and communications strategy across our lounge and travel experience ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Commercial, Product, Digital, Consumer Communications and Regional Marketing teams to create compelling partner marketing that builds awareness, drives visits, supports product adoption and delivers commercial results.
What you'll do
Own the partner communications plan, including our bi-monthly partner newsletter and bespoke email campaigns.
Develop communications supporting product launches, go-to-market activity, thought leadership and key Travel Experiences products.
Act as the marketing lead for strategic partners, increasing their visibility across consumer communications.
Support the marketing of new and existing ancillary travel products, ensuring clear positioning and compelling customer messaging.
Embed partner and product messaging across the customer journey, supporting discovery, consideration and purchase.
Lead the development and rollout of tailored partnership marketing packages for priority partners.
Coordinate global and regional activity across Consumer Communications, Digital, Campaigns and Marketing.
Support key events including the Priority Pass Lounge of the Year Awards.
Manage partner marketing assets, lounge collateral and partner/staff engagement initiatives.
Track KPIs and performance, using insight to optimise activity.
Build strong relationships and manage stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.
What we're looking for
You’ll have:
Solid B2c, partnership, strategic account or ABM marketing experience.
Experience delivering global or multi-market marketing in a matrix organisation.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing.
Excellent stakeholder, communication and project management skills.
Experience developing partner communications and engagement programmes.
Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring KPIs and using insight to improve performance.
A hands-on, organised and delivery-focused approach.
Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, loyalty, fintech or other partnership-led businesses is desirable, as is experience with CRM/marketing automation, partner enablement or product/go-to-market marketing.
