We’re looking for a visionary Director of Product Analytics to bring data to the heart of our product strategy. This is an influential role, working as the strategic analytics partner to our Chief Product Officer and Product Leadership Team, shaping decisions that create measurable customer and commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing
Act as a trusted partner to the Chief Product Officer and Product Leadership Team, helping to translate strategic goals into practical, measurable analytics priorities.
Lead the evolution from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decision-making.
Shape the analytics roadmap supporting proposition design, pricing, tiering, and lifecycle performance.
Build self-service analytics capabilities that make data accessible and empowering for every Product team.
Partner across Data Science, Technology, Marketing, and Finance to create unified product insights that drive strategy and investment.
Elevate experimentation, A/B testing, and data storytelling as everyday disciplines across the Product function.
Lead and develop a team of high-performing analysts — fostering curiosity, innovation, and accountability.
About you
You’ll bring a combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and data leadership. We know great people come from different backgrounds, so even if you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you if you bring most of the experience below:
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in product or commercial analytics, with strong stakeholder partnership at executive level.
A track record of influencing product or portfolio strategy through structured analysis, experimentation, and financial modelling.
A talent for transforming complex data into clear actions and compelling stories.
Experience building and scaling self-service analytics capabilities or data-informed product cultures.
Comfortable working in data-rich environments such as digital, travel, fintech, or subscription-based businesses.
A collaborative leader who develops teams with empathy and empowers others to think critically and creatively with data.
