At Collinson International Ltd (CIL), the largest operating company within the Collinson Group, we have a powerful vision: to be a strategic partner to leading payment networks, issuers, and travel companies—driving customer engagement and incremental value through the world’s most valued travel ecosystem.
As part of a major business transformation, we are investing in new systems, data, and digital capabilities to connect consumers, clients, and partners to elevated travel experiences. A core part of this transformation involves enhancing our CRM and customer engagement capabilities through Salesforce.
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of key initiatives, including those leveraging Salesforce as a central platform for driving operational efficiency and client engagement. The successful candidate will bring strong project delivery skills, experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, and an understanding of how technology—particularly CRM tools like Salesforce—supports business transformation.
Initially, the Project Manager will support the Salesforce Centre of excellence to deliver multiple ongoing internal initiatives supporting and working alongside a Program Manager for a nine-month period, with flexibility to be allocated across different transformation projects.
