Are you a finance professional with a passion for technology and transformation? Do you bring expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and thrive in fast-paced, global programmes? If so, we want you to play a pivotal role in enabling user adoption and optimising processes as part of a high-impact digital finance transformation.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Trainer, you’ll go beyond traditional L&D. You’ll be the bridge between finance and tech, equipping users with the knowledge to embrace D365 Finance, while contributing to the success of large-scale transformation initiatives.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your finance expertise and training know-how will shape how global teams adopt and engage with the future of finance systems.
Your responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Design, develop and deliver engaging, user-focused training materials (courses, guides, walkthroughs, demos).
- Lead virtual and in-person training sessions that empower Super Users and end-users alike.
- Support go-lives with tailored hypercare training and adapt strategies based on real-time feedback.
Being a subject matter expert:
- Bring deep knowledge of D365 Finance modules: GL, Reporting & Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, Project Accounting.
- Optimise and support processes across R2R, O2C, P2P and C&B.
- Collaborate with global process owners, technical teams, finance professionals, and consultants to embed learning and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on finance or ERP experience with a focus on D365 Finance
- Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training content
- Confidence working with senior finance stakeholders across global teams
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt quickly
- A collaborative mindset: comfortable working with L&D, project, and technical teams
