E-Commerce Merchandising Executive
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandising Executive to join our growing team at Collinson Valuedynamx. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging and high-performing e-commerce experiences across our global reward platforms.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, you will support multiple regions (UK & Europe, Middle East, and Australia) and manage a range of merchandising responsibilities across homepage content, supplier submissions, pricing, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Supplier Submissions
- Review supplier content submissions and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage the upload process using Jira and coordinate digital asset delivery
- Maintain a central library of product images, descriptions, and marketing assets
- Own the delivery of content and marketing assets for retail partnerships
Homepage Merchandising
- Coordinate and refresh homepage banners and content blocks
- Align homepage themes with marketing calendars and client requirements
- Liaise with UX teams and external partners to ensure content is on-brand and timely
- Ensure promotional and seasonal themes are accurately reflected across platforms
Marketing Campaign Management
- Manage the end-to-end execution of monthly marketing campaigns
- Coordinate internal and external approvals, translations, and sign-offs
- Schedule campaign broadcasts and manage content delivery timelines
- Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign links and assets
Pricing & Front-End QA
- Perform regular front-end pricing and product integrity checks
- Benchmark pricing against competitors and identify gaps or issues
- Collaborate with content, operations, and technical teams to resolve discrepancies
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with merchant teams, account managers, UX designers, and suppliers
- Support global merchandising projects and initiatives
- Participate in ongoing process improvements and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Jira, and basic HTML is a plus
- Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising or content management
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Flexible and able to support multiple regional time zones as required
