Senior Project Manager - Registration & Migration (12 month FTC)

Purpose of the job:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Project Manager to lead, co-ordinate and successfully deliver the Marketing and Communications workstreams of a much larger business transformation project which will see the business migrate to a new Priority Pass app globally over the next 12 months.
The Marketing and Communications workstreams are integrated and related to overarching strategic business priorities and individual projects set up for:
- Client Migration - Supporting consumers, clients and partners with the important and relevant information they need throughout the transition to the new platform
- Consumer Registration - Supporting the launch of a digital registration and consent platform with communications that accelerates the shift to having digitally registered consumers with opt in permission to receive marketing communications
- Service Messaging: Communicating the value of Priority Pass in a non-promotional, service-led way to drive adoption and engagement, especially when marketing opt-in is unavailable
The transition will impact a range of stakeholders and as the communications and messaging strategy and plans will address:
- Clients (such as financial services organisations and banks)
- Partners (such as airport lounge networks and experience providers)
- Consumers (Priority Pass members and client cardholders)
This role ensures the alignment of brand strategy with business objectives, oversees internal cross-functional collaboration and third-party agencies, manages risk tracking and dependencies, and is responsible for providing visibility, reporting and delivery oversight across the marketing workstream and reporting performance into the larger business transformation project.
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the VP of Channel Communications, VP of Corporate Marketing as well as marketing experts responsible for client, partner and consumer marketing and our communications agency to ensure the timely delivery of a Communications strategy and master set of assets and materials that support transitional comms for these audiences in line with business objectives, key milestones and client migration deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Governance
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task trackers across brand, design, marketing, digital and other relevant stakeholders and the integration of those tasks into other functional workstreams
- Use Aha! for intake and brief tracking; coordinate resource assignment and dependencies in Jira.
- Maintain all delivery processes, workflow guides, and campaign documentation in Confluence
- Partner with the VP, Channel Communications and VP, Corporate Communications and Head of Marketing Operations to review delivery against the past 120 days and plan the next 120 day business planning period
- Produce high quality progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers
- Coordinate sprint planning and delivery cycles with agency partners as needed
- Ensure milestones, deliverables and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated
Delivery Oversight
- Ensure all briefs and tasks are clearly defined, with associated RACI for stakeholders, agreed approval processes and aligned resourcing plans
- Facilitate internal task completion and execution of deliverables and assets incorporating relevant stakeholder reviews, creative approval, content deadlines and client reviews as appropriate
- Track progress, assign tasks, and manage delivery timelines, ensuring dependencies are visible and risks are flagged early
- Identifying and implementing appropriate remediation actions to bring project back into control as required
- Support readiness for each client launch including audits/checklists, processes, assets and their deployment across relevant comms channels
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the day-to-day point of marketing and comms contact for project updates and logistics
- Schedule, document, and follow up on project meetings and decision points
- Maintain clear communication between internal teams and agencies
Collaboration with External Agencies
- Act as the day-to-day delivery lead for external agency partners supporting campaign migration and registration activities.
- Keep agencies on track, aligned to timelines, and accountable to deliverables and quality standards.
- Ensure agency outputs are integrated into the wider delivery schedule and processes.
Risk & Issue Management
- Maintain a live RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log
- Work with all relevant teams to escalate blockers to Project Sponsor and/or Steering Committee to maintain delivery momentum
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Manager (7+ years).
- Previous experience of managing projects within marketing organisations.
- Previous experience of delivering both standalone projects and projects that form part of a wider programme.
- External certifications in Project Management desirable but not essential (e.g. Prince2 or APM)
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Aha!, and Confluence
- Experience coordinating with external agencies and ensuring performance accountability
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Comfortable leading workflow reviews and resourcing conversations with senior stakeholders
