We are now looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Talent Lead to join our Global People Team and help us deliver on our mission: creating remarkable journeys and careers for our people.
As Talent Lead, you will be at the heart of our people strategy, designing and delivering scalable, data-informed talent initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and inclusion across Collinson. You will own the full talent lifecycle, with a chance to make a global impact through process innovation, scalable solutions and continuous improvement, all while helping Collinson attract, grow, and retain the best talent around the world.
Your responsibilities will range from talent management to process innovation, from onboarding to the employee experience, while overseeing the talent operations through the extensive use of data and talent-related KPIs.
In a typical day, you could:
- Design and execute talent management strategies that are innovative, inclusive, and scalable
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines and future hiring plans
- Lead continuous improvement of hiring processes, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality
- Elevate the onboarding experience and measure success through feedback and data
- Champion early careers programmes, graduate hiring, and internships
- Use talent analytics to present insights and influence strategic decisions
- Deliver training and support to hiring managers, improving capability and candidate experience
- Introduce tools like psychometric assessments to enhance selection and development
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment strategy, or talent acquisition
- A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and insights
- A passion for building inclusive, high-impact talent programmes
- Operational excellence and an eye for continuous improvement
- The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Experience with onboarding, employer branding, and early careers is a strong advantage
- Ideally, you will have experience with Workday
