Role Overview: As our EUC Service and Infrastructure Support Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and infrastructure within our Americas region. Working as part of our global technology team, you'll manage and support PCs, mobility, servers, and network systems in compliance with Collinson policies and PCI-DSS controls. Your expertise will contribute to the overall governance and success of maintaining yearly PCI-DSS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to user requests for service, troubleshoot incidents, and develop solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Manage day-to-day incidents and service requests using our ITSM tool, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain a reliable end-user compute environment by verifying scheduled backups, refining deployment processes, and supporting Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to continuously improve service and infrastructure support capabilities.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of an ongoing training program based on end-user feedback.
- Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base content, and appropriate documentation.
- Stay informed about new solutions, security processes, and emerging threats to enhance IT operations.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS or CS, or applicable Trade School Degree
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL Foundations v4, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
- Experience with MDM technology and supporting MACs in an enterprise environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and provide a real can-do attitude when faced with challenges.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal hours as needed, including participation in rotating on-call schedules.
