Customer Service Advisor (Sales & Service)
We’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their travel insurance journey.
What you’ll be doing
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll deliver a seamless and supportive experience across phone, email, webchat, and app. You’ll help customers understand and manage their travel insurance with confidence.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting customers with purchasing travel insurance policies
Explaining cover, policy details, and claims processes clearly and simply
Handling policy changes and mid-term adjustments
Conducting medical screenings in line with guidelines
Taking secure payments and processing refunds
Guiding customers through digital tools and app usage
Resolving queries quickly and effectively—ideally at first contact
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with attention to detail and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience in a customer service role (contact centre experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and listening skills
The ability to explain complex information in a simple way
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and improve
