Partnership Executive
We usually respond within a week
Collinson is a global leader in shaping and influencing customer behaviour to drive revenue and value for its clients. We provide insight and expertise around affluent consumers and frequent travellers, creating and delivering products and services that increase customer engagement, loyalty and value.
Collinson is the operator of Priority Pass, the world's original and leading airport experiences programme. Travellers access a network of 1,900+ lounges and travel experiences, including dining, retail, sleep and spa, in over 735+ airports in 145+ countries. We work with the world's leading payment networks, over 1,400 banks, 90 airlines and 20 hotel groups worldwide.
We service over 800 clients, employ 2,300+ staff in 15 global locations, and manage over 40 million end customers.
Purpose of the job
We are building a new function within Global Partnerships: Partner Engagement. This team exists to make Collinson consistent, credible, and easier to work with for every partner in our global network, including the strategic accounts that drive the greatest commercial value. We design the frameworks, tools, and processes that regional partnership teams use to engage partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
We are looking for a Partnership Executive to join this team, bring execution strength to a function rich in strategy and ideas, and help accelerate our delivery. You will work directly with the Global Partner Engagement lead to deliver the operational backbone of our engagement programme, supporting the performance and retention of our strategic partner accounts, as well as the broader partner network, and contributing to improved commercial outcomes through more consistent, high-quality partner engagement: maintaining toolkits, coordinating across regions, tracking progress, supporting data gathering, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is primarily an internal enablement role. There will be occasions where you support partner-facing activity - workshops, listening sessions, or programme presentations. Your job is to build and maintain the infrastructure that makes 1,900+ partnership relationships work better.
This role is not purely coordination-focused. You will help identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in how we engage partners globally, and support the team in driving improvements across regions and accounts.
What you will gain
· Direct exposure to a global partnerships function spanning 1,900+ outlets in 145+ countries, with visibility into how strategic accounts drive commercial performance.
· A front-row seat to building a new function from the ground up, with real influence on how the programme evolves.
· A manager who values ideas, invests in development, and will push you to grow.
· Experience across strategy, operations, data, and stakeholder management in a single role.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities below represent the full scope of the role. You won't do all of this on day one. We'll build your remit progressively as you settle in and the function matures.
Programme coordination and delivery
· Maintain and proactively manage the Partner Engagement workstream tracker, ensuring that status, owners, and timelines are up to date, and identifying risks, delays, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
· Coordinate deliverable timelines across regional leads in Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring alignment on priorities, highlighting inconsistencies or gaps, following up on actions and flagging blockers early.
· Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings: agendas, pre-reads, data packs, and follow-up action logs.
· Support the scheduling and logistics of regional workshops, listening sessions, and cross-functional working groups.
· Ensure visibility and alignment across regions on key priorities, surfacing misalignment, duplication, or gaps in approach.
Data, reporting, and insights
· Gather and organise partner data to support QBR preparation, Voice of Partner NPS analysis, strategic account performance tracking, and partnership health monitoring.
· Build and maintain reporting dashboards and data extracts in Tableau and Excel, working closely with the data team.
· Compile regional feedback and trends into structured summaries that inform programme priorities.
· Support the preparation of leadership updates and board-level materials with accurate, well-organised data.
· Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from partner and regional data, and translate these into clear, actionable insights to inform programme priorities and leadership discussions.
Strategic Accounts Support
· Support the development and tracking of Strategic Account Plans for Tier 1 partners, ensuring key actions and priorities are clearly documented and progressed.
· Track key commitments, risks, and actions across strategic accounts, ensuring visibility, accountability, and follow-up across regions and functions.
· Support preparation for QBRs, ABRs, and executive-level partner engagement, including coordination of inputs, materials, and action tracking.
Content and toolkit management
· Maintain the partner engagement knowledge repository on SharePoint, keeping templates, playbooks, and guides up to date and version-controlled.
· Support the development and refinement of engagement toolkits: onboarding playbooks, QBR templates, credibility kits, and communication templates.
· Coordinate with Marketing on branded partner materials, ensuring consistency with Collinson brand guidelines and governance standards.
· Draft and edit internal communications, process documentation, and training materials.
· Ensure engagement toolkits are actively used by regional teams, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Operational support
· Own the operational rhythm of the Partner Engagement programme: maintain governance records, track key decisions, risks, and escalations, and ensure these are visible, well-documented, and followed through across multiple active workstreams.
· Maintain and continuously improve engagement processes across the programme lifecycle, identifying where processes are breaking down, where clarity is lacking, and where improvements are needed.
· Coordinate across internal teams, including Partner Operations, Marketing, Data, Propositions and others, to ensure cross-functional processes are current, well-documented, and being followed.
· Support Salesforce data quality efforts by auditing partner records, flagging gaps, and coordinating with the CRM team on field updates.
· Support coordination and visibility on complex or sensitive partner topics (eg onboarding decisions, escalations, or cross-partner conflicts), ensuring alignment across teams.
Knowledge, Skills and experience required
Experience and qualifications
· 1 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in partnerships, account management, operations, project coordination, or a related commercial role.
· A degree or equivalent professional experience.
· Previous experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, or loyalty sectors is a plus but not required.
Person Specification
Execution and organisation
· Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
· Detail-oriented and reliable. You follow up without being asked and close loops.
· Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
· Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is desirable.
Communication and collaboration
· Clear, concise written and verbal communication in English.
· A second language is desirable, reflecting the global nature of our partner network.
· Cultural sensitivity and a genuine openness to understanding different ways of doing business across regions. You will work with colleagues and partners across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
· Comfortable working across time zones and adapting communication style to different audiences, from operational teams to senior leadership.
Mindset
· You are someone who gets things done. You take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion, even when the path is not fully defined.
· You are comfortable supporting a strategic lead while building your own expertise. You bring structure where there is ambiguity.
· You are curious and proactive. You ask questions, spot patterns, and suggest improvements rather than waiting to be told what to do.
· You are comfortable embracing, or eager to learn to embrace, AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and output quality. Experience using AI for research, drafting, data analysis, or workflow automation is a plus.
