Purpose of the job
As the Product Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in enabling the success of Collinson’s Product Marketing function. You will support Product Marketing Managers by developing, maintaining, and evolving high-quality go-to-market materials, sales enablement assets, and competitive intelligence outputs. This role is critical in ensuring that product messaging, launch materials, and competitive insights are clear, consistent, up to date, and easily actionable for commercial and partner-facing teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
Support Product Marketing Managers in the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of go-to-market materials across products and regions
Create, update, and manage core GTM assets including launch decks, sales enablement materials, product one-pagers, FAQs, and internal messaging guides
Own the synthesis of competitive intelligence into clear, practical, and regular updates for commercial teams (e.g. battlecards, win/loss insights, competitor snapshots)
Maintain competitive intelligence repositories and tools, ensuring information is current, structured, and easily accessible
Track competitor launches, messaging, pricing, and positioning, flagging key insights and implications to Product Marketing Managers
Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Research teams to gather inputs that inform messaging, enablement, and competitive insights
Support global and regional product launches by coordinating assets, timelines, and stakeholder inputs
Ensure consistency and accuracy of product messaging across internal-facing materials
Assist in the measurement and reporting of product marketing effectiveness, including usage and adoption of GTM and CI materials
Knowledge, skills and experience required
2/3 years experience in product marketing, marketing, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, or a related role
Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
Structured thinker with the ability to synthesise large amounts of information into concise insights
Comfortable working with data, research, and competitive inputs to support decision-making
Strong organisational and project coordination skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder inputs
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with guidance rather than step-by-step instruction
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in a dynamic, global environment
Experience in travel, fintech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses is a plus
