We’re looking for a Group Communications Executive to support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal and external communications across our group. This is a great opportunity for a creative and organised communicator who enjoys working across teams, juggling multiple projects, and helping bring consistent messages to life across a diverse organisation.
About the Role
Reporting into the Group Communications team, you’ll play a key role in supporting group-wide communications activity, helping to drive employee engagement and ensure clear, aligned messaging across multiple teams, regions, and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Communications Support
Assist in developing and delivering group-wide communication plans and campaigns
Draft, edit, and proofread content for internal channels, including emails, intranet, newsletters, and presentations
Support external communications such as press releases, website content, and social media (where applicable)
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and align messaging
Coordinate communications calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery
Support alignment of messaging across group brands and companies
Content & Channel Management
Help manage internal communication channels (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, digital signage)
Ensure content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with brand and tone-of-voice guidelines
Track and organise communications assets and approval processes
Measurement & Reporting
Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, clicks, views, and feedback
Prepare reports and insights to help evaluate communications effectiveness
Administrative & Project Support
Support communications projects, events, and campaigns from planning through delivery
Assist with agency coordination, approvals, and documentation where required
About You
Essential
At least 1 year’s experience in a similar Communications Executive role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in MS365
Desirable
Qualifications or professional certifications in English Language or Literature, Journalism, or Social Sciences
