About this role...…

• Perform daily accounting and payment operations, including maintaining full set of accounts, accurate accounting data entry and invoice checking in collaboration closely with Shared Service Centre

• Oversee all matters related to intercompany and ensure timely, accurate bank reconciliation

• Prepare and monitor cashflow forecast

• Assist in month-end closing including preparing management reports

• Support annual audit activities by preparing documentation and consolidating required financial data

• Assist the team on other duties as assigned from time to time

You might fit for the role if you have...…

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance

• At least 5 years solid full-set accounting work experience preferably in MNC, Big 4 training a definite plus.

• Analytical and highly number sensitive, with great attention to details and accuracy

• Excellent computer application skills, practical knowledge of advanced MS Excel, and hands-on experience with financial systems and accounting software. Experience in MSD and Zoho is an advantage.

• A good team player, excellent interpersonal skill and able to work independently.

• Strong communication skills. Good command of English and Cantonese.
