What does a Marketing Associate (Content Marketing) Do:
The Marketing Associate (Content Marketing) will be primarily responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content to support B2B growth marketing initiatives across the Americas region. This role requires strong writing and communications skills, as well as the ability to research and develop new insights and stories to enrich content creation. The ideal candidate will be able to transform core content into multiple formats — such as eBooks, infographics, social media posts, and other collateral — ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
In addition to content creation, this person will occasionally prepare campaign briefings for digital initiatives based on the developed content, collaborating closely with senior marketing managers, regional teams, and external agencies.
What You'll Do:
- Create compelling content for eBooks, infographics, social media posts, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Adapt core content into multiple formats to support different campaign channels and audience segments.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, insights, and stories that will enhance and diversify content output.
- Develop creative briefings for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment between content, target audience, and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to manage content production and delivery.
- Maintain marketing assets and ensure all content complies with brand guidelines.
- Support campaign execution and contribute to ABM and other targeted marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing communications, or a related role.
- Proven ability to write, edit, and adapt content for different audiences, with demonstrated talent as a storyteller.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate findings into compelling marketing stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is essential.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred; Portuguese is a plus.
- Interest in the Travel or Financial Services industries is desirable.
