What does a Fulfillment Associate Do:
The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Fulfillment Center. This role is responsible for handling materials, supporting production, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the fulfillment process. The associate works with various equipment, performs administrative duties, and ensures timely and accurate order processing
What You'll Do:
- Perform material handling tasks, including receiving, loading, and unloading shipments.
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of items for fulfillment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all materials and orders meet established standards.
- Operate production equipment and support daily production activities.
- Maintain accurate records through filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
- Support inventory control by tracking and reporting materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and service level agreements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety standards.
- Create air waybills for FedEx shipments.
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.
- Prepare materials for mailing including: quality control check, folding, stuffing, sealing and making labels.
- Ensure that all mail and packages are properly labeled for mailing, with correct postage utilizing automatic postage meter machines.
- Provide backup support for processing bulk orders, operating embossing machine, etc.
- Administrative duties including but not limited to filing, scanning, archiving, etc
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving materials. 60 pounds required
- Basic computer skills for documentation and administrative tasks.
- Able to multi-task
- This is full time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm
