Customer Service Advisor- English Speaking (Inbound)

The role:
In this key role you will be taking inbound calls in a professional manner; handling and overcoming objections in a professional and effective manner; adhering to targets; taking inbound calls from an international customer base; handling both internal and external email correspondence to and from clients in line with quality standards; working towards resolution time periods, quality standards and targets
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international calls and email queries professionally.
- Resolve queries within set time and quality targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce (SF).
- Manage high call volumes and work to strict KPIs.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and updates through ongoing training.
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency under pressure.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders (internal & external).
Experience and skills needed:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional telephonic communication skills.
- Available for rotational shifts and weekend work.
- Able to handle high-pressure environments and multitask effectively.
- Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Foreign language proficiency used in a corporate environment.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to change and frequent updates.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous target-driven or call center experience.
- Exposure to the travel industry (personal or professional).
- Handle inbound calls & emails from global customers
