About this role......

• Perform timely and accurate calculation, creation and recording of customer invoices, credit notes and rebates based on company policy and customer contracts
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing transactions
• Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges
• Communicating with internal and external customers regarding billing inquiries, payment issues, and outstanding balances
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Support the Supervisor/Manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities and supporting training of Billing Administrators
• Perform reconciliations and settlements of customer-related transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of payments and outstanding balances, resolving discrepancies
• Maintain organised and up-to-date records of collection efforts, correspondence, and customer agreements
• Work closely with the shared services team

You might fit for the role if you have......

• Degree holder in Accounting, member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent, Qualified accountant is desirable
• 5+ Years billing / credit control experience
• Strong finance systems experience (Access Dimensions and Dynamics 365 are desirable)
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to identify, challenge, and solve process weakness with change mindset
• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being able to take initiative
• Attention to detail
• Ability to accurately complete tasks while meeting key deadlines
• The candidate must be prepared to learn new processes / systems
• Candidates with hands-on involvement with operating in a multi-currency or multi-country environment are highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
