About this role......
- Manage a team of staff providing quality work on all elements of production, fulfilment, mailing services and event RSVP in a timely manner
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the mailing schedule for all promotional mailings and for ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and involved
- Arrange adequate resources to accomplish production and fulfilment for all mailings to achieve schedule delivery (manpower, machinery and system operations)
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the stock control system and for ensuring that supply meets demand and order delivery on schedule
- Be responsible for the quality control of all elements of production and mailing services and for identifying and implementing quality control procedures
- Ensure event RSVP runs as per client’s requirements and on schedule
- Manage Marketing Support team for development, enhancement and maintenance of offline systems for performing and delivering services to client
- Prepare and provide quotation/timeline schedule to client for operations projects
- Participate in RFP and co-ordinate with Account Servicing team on budget preparation
- Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs
- Lead the high preforming operations team to achieve client ‘s SLA & KPI
- Account service client for operational enquiries and achieve satisfactory result in quarterly review on efficiency, cost effectiveness and value add to client
You might fit for the role if you have......
- Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 10 years working and client facing experiences
- Background in the field of operations management and client operations are advantages
- Knowledge of mailing, printing production and or event RSVP is preferred
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and a dynamic environment with deadlines
- Detail-minded, proactive, can-do attitude, and excellent in analytic and problem-solving skills
- Good time management, project management and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
